What we collect

• Billing-related records when you use paid features, handled in part by payment providers.
• Support messages or feedback that you send directly to us.

Connected racing platforms

If you connect services such as iRacing, RaceXtats may store the minimum account-linked tokens or metadata needed to provide that integration. We use those credentials only to operate the features you have chosen to enable.

How we use information

• To authenticate you and keep your account working.
• To provide dashboards, search, integrations, and other RaceXtats features.
• To process payments, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot product issues.
• To understand which features are useful so we can improve the service.

Third-party services

RaceXtats may rely on infrastructure and service providers such as Vercel for hosting, Better Auth for authentication flows, Stripe for billing, and connected racing platforms for account-linked features. Those providers process data according to their own policies.

What we do not sell

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. You can request account deletion by contacting us at ryan@racextats.com.

We may update this policy as features or providers change. Significant updates will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, where appropriate, by direct notice.
