Using RaceXtats

RaceXtats is provided for sim racing research, planning, and account-linked product features. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with the service, other users, or third-party platforms connected to it.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
• We may suspend access if the service is abused, attacked, or used fraudulently.

Connected services

Some RaceXtats features rely on third-party services such as iRacing, Stripe, or other racing platforms. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms. If an integration changes or becomes unavailable, some features may stop working without notice.

Content and fair use

• Do not upload or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass service limits.
• You keep ownership of content you submit, but you allow us to process it to operate the service.

Paid features

If paid plans or subscriptions are offered, billing and payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout or in your account area.

Disclaimer and liability

RaceXtats is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as RaceXtats evolves. Material changes may be posted in the app, on the website, or communicated by email where appropriate.
